Clicking on the jewel on her pointy hat will gift you with a ruffle collar. You will look very majestic in it.
You will get very pointy shoes when clicking on the very white beard. The beard reminds me of Gandalf the white. The pointy shoes remind me of the hobbits even though they didn't even wear shoes.
